Suggest a better descriptionCook bacon until crisp;drain
Add scallops to grease and brown well on all sides; remove to paper towel
Add onion to drippings and cook until soft
Add potatoes, bell pepper, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes
Add vegetable stock and bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
Add cream, scallops and corn
Cook uncovered until potatoes and scallops until tender
Just before serving add parsley and bacon
