Not as spicy as you'd think...
Place scallops in large bowl, sprinkle with salt & pepper and squeeze lime juice over them. Place in fridge for no more than an hour. Remove from bowl and cook in large skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Remove & plate.
In the hot pan, add salsa. Stir for 2-3 mins while salsa reduces, thickens & darkens. Reduce to low heat & add cream. When combined, salt to taste. Ladle sauce onto dinner plates & arrange scallops on top. Sprink with cilantro/parsley.
