Best ever light and fluffy scones
1. Per-heat oven to 220 degs C.
2. Lightly grease a large baking tray.
3. Whip up the egg and add sugar.
4. Beat in the milk and cream.
5. Stir in the sifted flour.
6. Knead onto a flour dusted bench top until a smooth consistency is obtained.
7. Cut out 12 scones with a cutter or rim of a glass.
8. Place on greased baking tray.
9. Cook for 12 mins - remove immediately and let cool for 5-10 mins before serving
