Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 4 ingredients, cut in butter. Add currants, combine sour cream and eggs and add to flour mixture. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness . Cut rounds using glass or cookie cutter. Score tops with an x. Bake at 425 till lightly browned.
Serve with butter, jam and fresh whipped cream.
