VERY easy to make ahead and keep in the freezer for a houseful of boys.

"This is s fabulous recipe for my husband to "grab and go" for breakfast on his busy mornings! Looks great and tastes even better. He uses turkey sausage instead of bacon along with parmesan cheese and diced onions. He makes them in the jumbo muffin pan."

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
12 Eggs
1/2 cup bacon bits (real bacon!)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Original recipe makes 12 Servings

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, poor into greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on whether you want to serve them immediately or freeze them for later. If frozen, a minute or so in the microwave will do the trick.
