Heat small skillet to med high, add pat of real butter, when melted and bubbly- add scrambled eggs. allow to set on bottom before attempting to move, fold and allow to set slightly, fold and allow to set, etc etc until all of the egg is firm and fluffy. Serve with whole wheat toast and real strawberry preserves or berries
