12 Eggs; beaten
2 tb Butter
Salt and pepper; to taste

Preparation

Add buttermilk, salt, and pepper; mix well. Melt butter in a large skillet. add eggs and cook to desired doneness while stirring constantly. Recipe By : Anne Christian

Never thought to use buttermilk before this recipe, but it turned out to be a great addition. Would really like for the salt and pepper to be in measurement form, but I just added 1 tablespoon of garlic salt along with the salt and pepper, and they tasted awesome.

1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup milk 1 T vinegar or lemon juice; let stand 10 minutes.
