2 tb Butter
Salt and pepper; to taste

Never thought to use buttermilk before this recipe, but it turned out to be a great addition. Would really like for the salt and pepper to be in measurement form, but I just added 1 tablespoon of garlic salt along with the salt and pepper, and they tasted awesome.

1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup milk 1 T vinegar or lemon juice; let stand 10 minutes.
