Salt to taste
2 lb Sea bass fillets
Black Pepper; to taste
Fresh Lemon Juice
Chopped parsley
6 tb Butter
2/3 c almonds; Slivered blanched

Original recipe makes 1



Dip fillets in lemon juice, then in flour; saute in butter until delicately browned on both sides. Remove to heated platter. Add almonds to pan & brown very quickly; add salt & pepper to taste, a dash of lemon juice & parsley. Pour almond mixture over hot fillets; serve at once. File

Absolutely gorgeous! I did this with baby new potatoes plus mange tout and baby sweetcorn. I rarely cook but my new year's resolution was to start cooking on Saturdays. This was my first selection and was a great choice. Thanks!
