Suggest a better description1) Marinate the bass in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
for about 20 minutes.
2) In a mixing bowl, mix the olives, tomatoes, basil, dill, lemon juice, red
chili, and olive oil. Set aside.
3) Pan-fry the bass in some hot olive oil, cooking for 2 minutes on each
side. Add the bass to the plates and top with black olive salsa;
sprinkle with extra dill and lemon slices.
NOTE: You can substitute lemon sole or tilapia for sea bass.
