Suggest a better descriptionPar boil potatoes for 10-15 mins. Drain and set aside to cool Peel and corsely grate. Stir in melted butter and Salt & pepper.
Preheat oven to 220?
Arrange seafood into dish.
Melt butter in pan and cook onions until softened. Sprinkle in flour and stir with wooden spoon until well blended. Remove from heat and stir in wine and stock - stirring constantl and bring back to boil.
Stir in cream and herbs with seasoning.
Pour sauce over seafood.
Sprinkle with grated potato mixture and top with cheese.
Bake for 25 mins or until top is golden brown. Garnish with fresh dill.
