Seafood Spaghetti

Simple yet elegant dinner


1 package O&CO. Spaghetti
1 jar O&CO. Sea Urchin with Saffron Spread
10 oz small shrimp
4 T O&CO. grassy olive oil
O&CO. Fleur de Sel
freshly ground black pepper

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for seven minutes, or until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.

Add the shrimp, O&CO. Sea Urchin Spread, and olive oil to the pot. Cover and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

Adjust seasoning with O&CO. Fleur de Sel and freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
