Roll and stretch thawed loaf of dough until it is 12-14 inches long. Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush with butter. Combine kosher salt with spices. Sprinkle loaf generously with salt/spice mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 2-3 hrs or until double in size. Remove plastic wrap & bake at 350? 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
