Better than any other french fry you have ever had.


4 medium russett potatoes
3 TBL mayo
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Cut potatoes into wedges.

Place in a single layer on greased baking sheet, spread mayo on top of wedges and sprinkle w/ seasoned salt

Bake @ 350 50 - 60 minutes

This is a great base recipe to work off of. I used Magic Salt, Magic Pepper, paprika, a bit of garlic powder, and Cajun spices. Tossed everything with the mayo in a bag to fully coat the wedges. Delicious! I'll be making these often, I think.
