Tuiles made with orange juice and sesame seeds
Melt the butter.
Put all ingredients except the butter in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Poor in the butter and incorporate completely.
Put mixture in fridge for two hours minimum
Preheat oven to 140C
Put very small dollops of the mixture on greaseproof paper or a silicone baking mat on a baking tray. Size should be about 3cm circle. They will grow to about 12cm circle, so make sure you leave room. On my standard over tray I could fit 9 at a time.
Bake for around 10m until golden brown. Do not make it too brown or they will get bitter.
Remove tray from oven. Remove paper or baking sheet from baking tray and let cool for a minute, until you can remove the tuiles without deforming them.
To give them a tuile shape put them over a rolling pin while still warm or use a tuile form.
Let cool completely. They should now be hard. If they are still a bit pliable when cool bake them a bit longer.
Store in an airtight container. Add some anti-moisture agent if you have it, to keep it as dry as possible.
Enjoy during the first 3 days.
