Suggest a better description1. In 2 qt sauce pan, heat small amount of water to boiling, add green beans. Cover; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir oj, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch and orange peel; set aside.
3. Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat, add onions ginger and garlic; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add green beans; cook two minutes. Remove veggies from skillet.
4. Careful add canola oil to hot skillet. Add beef; cook about three minutes, stirring frequently, to the desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Stir sauce; add to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir two minutes longer. Return meat and veggies to skillet; cook until heated, stirring to coat everything with sauce.
5. Serve with rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. To toast seeds, cook 5-7 in ungreased skillet on medium low, stir frequently.
