This is my wife's specialty and it is really good!
1. Combne Soya, Ginger, and Garlic in bag and marinated meat for ~3 hours.
2. Pat meat dry and coat with honey, then roll in sesame seeds
3. Grill or bake for 20 - 40 minutes in 350 Oven
Slice thinly on the diagonal to serve
