Suggest a better description1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente. Rinse with cold water.
2. Scoop out 4 Oz of sesame paste and mix with boiling water gradually until paste gets soft and creamy with no lumps.
3 Add remaining ingredients, except scallion, mix well.
4. Toss with noodles.
5. Let rest at room temperature for upto 2 hours.
6. Remix before serving and sprinkle scallions over the top.
