Sesame coated chicken burgers
Preheat the oven to approx 180 degrees.
Mix the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, coriander, sweet chilli sauce and oil in a bowl together until it's clumpy enough to hold together. And make them into burger sized patties, put the sesame seeds on a flat surface and cover the patties. then proceed to place them in the oven. Leaving them for 20 minutes, whilst turning once.
Chop up the shallot and crush the garlic into a small bowl, then place the wasabi and mayonnaise in and mix all together to make your sauce.
Cut your cucumber into so that you have about 20-30 slices and place them on the buns.
Flip your burgers over and if you like place a slice of cheese on top to melt.
Put your lettuce on the bottom of the buns and wait for the burgers to finish cooking.
Place the burgers in the buns and put your sauce on top.
Enjoy !
