In 9-inch skillet heat mar-garine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini and continue to saute, stirring frequently, until zucchini is fork-tender. Add egg mixture and sesame seed and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, about 2 minutes.
