Suggest a better descriptionWarm olive oil in saucepan over low heat. Add onion and saute 'til golden brown. Add ground beef--saute 'til brown. Add garlic, parsley, salt and peppers. Cook over low heat approximately 15 minutes. Add wine, cover and steam 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, and bring to a boil. Add carrots and celery. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
