Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat large frying pan and cook meat over medium heat. While meat is browning, and add veggies to meat. After meat is browned, add 2 cups beef broth
Pour remaining cup of beef broth into a small bowl and whisk in flour. Add to meat mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Evenly distribute into a medium casserole dish.
Peel potatoes and boil until soft. Add butter and milk to potatoes and whip until as smooth as possible. Top meat with potatoes and fluff with a fork.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
