Suggest a better description1. Create Mash Potatos (but stir in one egg yolk)
2. In a pot with oil add minced meat and cook
3. Season meat with salt and pepper then remove the ground beef into a bowl
4. In the same pot add carrots, celery, and onions and cook around 5 mins
5. Return ground beef into the veggies then add garlic then flour to thicken (cook for a minute)
6. Add tomato paste and stir then add red wine and let it cook out for two minutes
7. Add beef stock and then season whole dish with salt and pepper (simmer for 15 minutes)
8. Preheat oven to 420 and then add peas into filling and stir until peas are warmed up
9. Pour filling into glass dish then cover with mash Potatos
10. Cook for 15-20 minutes
