Ground beef, ground chuck or ground lamb with veggies and mashed potatoes.
Preheat oven to 450.
Cook onion and ground meat together season with seasoned salt until done.
In a large mixing bowl combine mushroom soup, veggies and meat mixture.
Spray a cassarole dish and pour in mixture. Top with mashed potatoes.
Cook for 30 minutes. You may broil for the last few moments for desired brownness.
(optional, top with cheddar cheese before broil or during the last few minutes of baking ;)
