Suggest a better descriptionCombine 3 of the lemon wedges with 1 tablespoon of the sugar in a pint glass and muddle using a pestle or wooden spoon. Add 1 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of sherry, and 1 1/2 teaspoons triple sec. Cover the pint glass with the bootm half of a metal shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into a highball glass and top with a splash of soda water. Make 3 more cocktails in the same way.
