Original recipe calls for apple but other fruits or fruit combinations can be used (blueberry, peach, pear, etc)
1. Preheat oven to 350f
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Cut in butter
4. Mix about 1/4 of the crumbs mixture with the apples. and spread in buttered 8"x12" baking dish.
5. Cover with remaining crumbs and pat down slightly
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender
