A Cake variation of a Pennsylvania Dutch tradition Shoo-Fly Pie. Easy to make, moist and delicious.
Mix the flour, brown sugar, and softened butter together into crumbs. Set 2 cups aside for topping.
Mix the water, molasses and baking soda together then add to crumbs. Pour into a 9 by 13 pan then sprinkle with the 2 cups of crumbs set a side for topping. ake at 350 for 45 minuets.
