Great appetizer for company

Ingredients

1 small can Salad shrimp
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 medium Onion; minced
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Light cream
24 Tart shells

Original recipe makes 24

Servings  

Preparation

Layer the shrimp, cheese, and onion in the individual tart shells.

In a bowl beat the eggs and milk; pour over the shrimp, cheese and onion filling the tart shells.

Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes

Serve hot.
