In a large Dutch Oven, fry bacon, set aside.
Pour out all by 3 tablespoons of fat, add onions, reduce heat to medium and cool 3min or until softened.
Add rice, 2 1/4 cups of the Broth, tomatoes, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, nutmeg, cayenne and black pepper, bring to a low simmer, cover and cook for 20min.
Stir in bacon, shrimp and remaining broth, continue cooking uncovered for 10 min or until moisture is absorbed and rice is tender.
