Be Flexible
1. Put everything but the shrimp and pasta in a saucepan and simmer at least 30 minutes. Longer is ok. Made a day ahead is even better.
2. Boil the pasta with a little olive oil until al dente. Drain.
3. Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook until opaque, maybe 5 minutes.
4. Serve pasta and sauce seperately. Peoples' choice on how much sauce.
1. I used medium shells, but many shapes will do.
2. This is spicy, medium salsa and the jerk sauce has habaneros.
