Easy quick and delicious
Cook pasta per package instructions. Don't overcook.
Add olive oil to pan on medium heat
Add cloves of garlic to brown slightly not burn
Add shrimp warm or cook to pink
Add seasonings
Add sun dried tomatoes
Turn down heat to low or simmer
Add butter
Simmer about 10 minutes while pasta cooks
Add Parmesan cheese til melted.
Serve over pasta. You can add fresh mushroom. If you do add with shrimp.
