Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over shrimp. In pot, cook shrimp in oil until shrimp turn pink. Remove from pot, set aside. In same pot, cook leeks and onions in butter until tender. Add broth, spinach, potato flakes, parsley and thyme and 2 3/4 cups peas, bring to a boil, let simmer 15 min. In blender, puree soup until smooth, adding broth. Return soup to pot. Stir in dill and remaining peas. Top with shrimp. SERVE & ENJOY...
