Devein and remove shrimp shell and tails and cut in half. Saute bacon partially - add olive oil - then onion til soft(2 -3 mins). Remove bacon and onions and leave grease in pan. Add garlic and saute 1 min or so til you can smell it. Add shrimp and spinach and cook 3 to 4 minutes til shrimp is almost done. Add bacon, onion, tomato chunks, spices, wine and butter. Cook 1 minute at a simmer til slightly thickened. Pour mixture over drained pasta in a bowl.
