Ready in 15 minutes
In the time it takes to cook up some Linguine, you can have dinner ready.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Put oil and garlic in a pan and saute for 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and saute til they turn pink (approximately 3 minutes). Turn shrimp over.
Add the wine and cook til shrimp are cooked through. Do not overcook.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over linguine or fettucine.
Serve with a tossed green salad and some garlic bread for a really yummy dinner.

DoraLefloch 5y agoEasy to make. I did follow others suggestions and added italian spice, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley and a few capers.
allaboutflavour 6y agoI make this recipe all the time. It's great. I spice it up though. I usually marinate the shrimp with Olive oil, minced basil and white wine for a half hour. When cooking the shrimp, I add a generous amount of italian seasoning and a touch of parmeasan cheese. The original recipe is a tad bit too bland for our household.

Jen86866 10y agoSo quick and easy! Delicious! The longest part was waiting for the water to boil, everything else was quick and made for a simple, impressive, delicios meal.
