Top-ranked recipe named "Shrimp Scampi Alfredo"
I was wondering what to make for dinner. I knew I want seafood alfredo and created something that was far beyond my expectations and something you would expect in Olive Garden or Red Lobster.
"I was dying to try this but my husband and kids aren't big shrimp fans. So I substituted boneless chicken breast that I cut into bite sized pieces for the shrimp. It was great! So quick and easy. My son said it was the best chicken ever! I used the Classico four cheese Alfredo sauce. Next time I think I will add sautéed mushrooms and red pepper as well. "
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium, oven safe bowl combine shrimp, soy sauce, minced garlic, margarine, milk, italian herbs, and cajun seasoning. Mix with hands until blended well. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Boil pasta until done. Strain and add alfredo sauce.
Add shrimp scampi mixture blend.
Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and parmesan cheese.

christinaarpin7 1 year agoMy fiance loved this! I thought it was ok. If your not a salt Eater I would do 2tbsp of soy sauce instead of 4. It was great though!

AGrammer 1 year agoJust made this for dinner tonight, but used linguini noodles. Absolutely loved this recipe...my 2yr old even loved it...I will make this again for sure
Rochelle951 1 year agoThis dish was yum yummy!! I followed the recipe perfectly and it was easy to make. I used the Italian tri-color rotini pasta they are tomatoe and spinach based for a healthier choice.

elaina_doak 1 year agoJared Alfredo sauce is horrid. I love this recipe but make your own sauce. Heavy cream in a sauce pan add a cup and a half to two fresh grated parmesan or even the stuff already grated. Cook over medium heat and add more parm if needed til you get a sauce consistency. It takes a few extra minutes but the taste is so much fresher and just delicious
