Heat oil in skillet over moderately high heat, until hot but not smoking.
Sauté shrimp, turning over once, about 2 min. Transfer to bowl with
Slotted spoon.
Add garlic to oil along with red pepper flakes, wine, salt, and pepper.
Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally 1 min.
Add butter to skillet, stir until melted. Add shrimp.
Cook pasta until tender, reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain pasta in collander.
Toss pasta with shrimp mixture and parsley, add some pasta water to keep moist.
