Two classic shrimp and cheese pazza
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet.
2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and turns pink. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Push shrimp to onr side of skillet.
3. Brush pizza crust with some of the butter-oil mixture. Evenly distribute shrimp over crust and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 425 degrees about 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Let stand for a few minutes before cutting into slices.
