2. Heat a skillet over medium high and add butter and olive oil.
3. Crush the garlic and add to the pan. Saute garlic briefly being careful not to burn it. Add shrimp to the skillet and stir constantly. Cook until shrimp turn pink, then remove from heat. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.
4. Add parsley and paprika as garnish and serve over rice or pasta.
