Easy shrimp scampi


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
Compound butter:
2 sticks butter; softened
1 tbsp Garlic; chopped
Fresh parsley; chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 lemon; juiced
2 tbsp creamy steak sauce
Shrimp:
olive oil
1 pound butterflied shrimp; 26-30 raw
white wine
Fettucine; cooked as directed

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Whip ingredients for compound butter together.

Saute shrimp in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze pan with white wine (with shrimp still in the pan).

Add Compound butter to pan and heat until melted.

Pour over fettucine.
