Shrimp Skewers with Snappy Sauce

2 tb Prepared horseradish;
2 Lemons; each cut into 8
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Dried dill weed
16 sm Wooden skewers
1/2 c Ketchup
1 lb Lg. shrimp with tails on;
1/4 Head firm iceberg lettuce;
1/2 ts Lemon juice

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to serve.
