Mexican shrimp and rice
Saute onion and peppers in oil. Add chilies, salsa, tomatoes, olives, cumin and salt. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 min. Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Squeeze lime juice over top and serve with rice.
