Shrimp sautéed with fermented black bean sauce served over rice
Soak 2-3 T Fermented Black Beans in sherry or white wine and let sit 15 min. Sauté minced garlic in veg oil, along worth 1 t grated ginger and pinch of red chile flakes. When fragrant, add pound of shrimp and sauté until just cooked ( about 1 min).
Add the black beans with their liquid, toss and remove from heat while you add the soy sauce. Toss again
