An excellent quick microwave dish good enough for company
Melt butter in MW, add garlic and cook one minute.
Lightly blend all ingredients except shrimp.
Arrange shrimp on MW safe plate or platter with tails toward the center. Spoon crumb mixture over each shrimp. MW on high 3-5 minutes-just until shrimp turn pink and curl loosely.At the halfway point, move any shrimp to the center of dish to prevent over cooking. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
