Lobster taste on a shrimp budget.
Serves 2 as main dish, or more if used as appetizer. Goes great
with steaks, corn on the cob, potatoes.
Shell and de-vein shrimp, leaving shell on tail section.
Butterfly shrimp from top.
Fire up an outdoor grill, either charcoal or gas.
Marinate shrimp in mixture of soy sauce, a dash of Worchester
and juice from one whole lemon for ? hour, turning occasionally.
Melt butter and blend with juice of ? second lemon.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place on HOT grill.
Baste with butter/lemon juice mix.
Turn shrimp once and baste again.
Serve when shrimp are no longer opaque.

1) do not over-marinate ? shrimp will toughen
2) if grill is not good and hot, shrimp will stick - use foil.
