Suggest a better description1. In a 10" skillet, saute onions and peppers in about 1 tbl olive oil until transluscent and soft.
2. Add shrimp, toss with some soy sauce and cook until pink, 2-3 minutes.
3. Add rice and more Soy Sauce.
4. Stir frequently until heated through.
5. Add scrambled egg, stir and serve with additional sauce.
