Ready in 30 minutes
I don't eat squash, but i do eat this! Yep it is that good
oven to 350
saute squash in little veg oil over med-low heat line collander with paper towels and drain squash well.
in skillet saute onion in butter.
mix all ingredients together except crackers.
pour into buttered dish and top with cracker.
bake 25-30 minutes.

Youngsd 3y agoThis has become a routine dish for our family. We have done it with all yellow squash and with half yellow squash and half zucchini. Both were good, but half and half is definitely better.

Volgrl 4y agoI found a nearly identical recipe early this Summer to use our garden squash. It is a HUGE hit! About the only extra thing I have added is some Italian seasoning;)
