The easiest fajita recipe ever! Serve with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings if desired.

Ingredients

1/2 cup A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 cup picante sauce
1 pound flank steak; or bottom round steak, thinly sliced
1 medium onion; thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper; cut into strips
1 tablespoon margarine
8 flour tortillas

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

Blend sauces. In nonmetal dish, pour marinade over steak. Cover; chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion and pepper on margarine for 3 minutes or until tender. Remove with slotted spoon; reserve. Add steak with marinade to same skillet; cook and stir for 8 minutes or until done. Add onion and pepper; cook until heated through.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken or a nice big mushroom for individual dieting needs!

This was really tasty and SUPER easy. My kids happily ate it, which is always the test for me. It's going in the regular rotation!

Its a simple and frankly great fajita recipe. I marinated it longer than I was supposed to, it still turned out tender and delicious. Great sauce. I used spicy Pace picante and added a jalapeno.
