Quick and easy - my kids' favorite of all time!
In dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions, mushrooms and garlic; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cook 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and serve.
