Combine 1 T each lime zest and salt on a small plate. Combine lime juice, seltzer, tequila and triple sec in a pitcher. Run the rims of 4 glasses with a lime wedge and dip in the lime-salt. Fill the glasses with ice and top with margarita mixture.
