Suggest a better description1. Place the pork loin in a saucepan, add ginger, green onion, and rice wine. Pour in enough water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil, turn the heat low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour until no pink juice runs out. Remove pork to a plate and cool.
2. Combine minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
3. Slice the meat into very thin pieces cross-wise about 1/8 inch thick. Arrange them in overlapping lines on a platter and pour the seasoning sauce on top. Garnish with some coriander or parsley. Serve cold.
