1 lb. Ground beef
1/2 cup Onions; chopped
1 15 1/2-oz cn original sloppy joe sauce
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
1 md Egg

Preparation

Skip the buns and make sloppy joes in minutes in a skillet!

Brown beef and onion in an oven-safe skillet. Drain; Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Sprinkle on cheese. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

You Can Also brown the hamburger in a pan and turn it over into a baking dish , and continue with the recipe , this alt is needed if you dont have a heat safe frying pan.

I normally don't like Sloppy Joes (too messy!)...Took the mess right out! Really liked it!
